The International Astronautical congress is the premier meeting of the global space community. Held every year since 1950, the 68th Congress will be held in Adelaide from 25-29 September 2017. We expect that 4,000 delegates from all parts of the world will register for IAC2017. We hope that you will be one of those delegates.
Registration costs are very reasonable, and students, teachers and young professionals receive additional discounts.
The registration process is straightforward and uses a system that, within the global conference industry, is world’s best practice.
Early Bird registration closes on 30 June 2017. The full registration period is from 1 July to 20 September 2017 and there is also provision for on-site registration.
The registration fee covers access to all IAC2017 technical sessions, plenary and other speaking events, an invitation to attend the Opening Ceremony and also a Welcome Reception, a Congress satchel including the Congress program, access to all of the papers presented at the Congress, access to the exhibition and access to a number of technical site visits.
Many of you will meet friends. Newcomers will rub shoulders with heads of space agencies, astronauts, space entrepreneurs and many others who have made or are building careers in the global space industry. Above all IAC2017 is a meeting place for people who think that space matters.
The theme for IAC2017 is “Unlocking Imagination, Fostering Innovation and Strengthening Security”. We hope to use these few words to focus conversations during a very busy week.
Please come to IAC2017 and join the conversation – your voice matters!
